Dasara: An action-packed movie compared with KGF & Pushpa

Another much-awaited movie with a pan-India release DASARA released in the theatres and doing an amazing collection at the box office.

In the first few days, Dasara movie has collected Rs 58 crores with an amazing response from the audience coming out from the theatres. According to trade reports, the film is estimated to have earned Rs 13 crore on Sunday, April 3.

Directed by debutant Srikanth Odela, this south-Indian action-packed movie has surpassed Bholaa setting a high box office benchmark.

Though, it has received immense appreciation from critics, even some viewers are also comparing it with other popular movies like KGF and Pushpa.

However, amid the comparisons between the three blockbuster movies- Dasara, KGF and Pushpa, one Twitter user wrote, “When audiences come to theatres, they’ll be presented with a ‘new world’.”

Dasara is visually different from the two movies. Another user wrote, “The characters are very different. When people watch the film in theatres, it’s going to be an exceptional movie experience for them.”

While on the other hand, one user said, “It’s much more than a typical action thriller. This movie is a full paisa wasool movie.”

Dasara’s multi-lingual worldwide release is a demonstration of the filmmakers’ confidence in the film’s content and its ability to attract a wider audience.

Fans’ statement about the film being different from KGF and Pushpa suggests that the movie stands apart from the rest.

A Brief About Dasara Movie

Dasara is a period revenge drama starring Nani, Keerthy Suresh and Deekshith Shetty. The film is jointly written by Srikanth Odela, Jella Srinath, Arjuna Paturi and Vams Krishna.

Produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas, Dasara has Shinte Tom Chacko, Samuthirakani, Sai Kumar and Poorna. The film is set against the backdrop of coal mines in a fictional village called Veerapally in Telangana.
